Commissioner Jean-Pierre L. Oriol of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources is thrilled to announce the return of the 5TH ANNUAL TRUNK OR TREAT, hosted by the Division of Coastal Zone Management in collaboration with the Friends of the St. Croix East End Marine Park.

Get ready for a night of spooky fun and environmental education! This family-friendly event blends the excitement of Halloween with interactive learning about St. Croix’s stunning natural resources. Explore the park’s Visitor Center and discover fascinating facts about our island’s environment while enjoying Halloween thrills.
