Commissioner Jean-Pierre L. Oriol of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources (DPNR) extends deepest condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Lindsay Thomas, a former employee of the Division of Building Permits on St. Croix, who passed away recently.
Mr. Thomas served the people of the Virgin Islands with dedication and professionalism for over 28 years with the Division of Building Permits. He retired from DPNR just 2 years ago. His contributions and commitment to public service will be remembered by those who had the privilege of working alongside him.
In observance of funeral services and to allow staff the opportunity to pay their respects, the DPNR Division of Building Permits on St. Croix will open at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 30.
DPNR thanks the public for their understanding during this time of mourning and extends continued support and sympathy to all those affected by this loss.
