DPNR DIVISION OF FISH AND WILDLIFE RELEASES FOURTH ISSUE OF GO WILD, GO FISH VI MAGAZINE

Commissioner Jean-Pierre Oriol of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources (DPNR) is pleased to announce the release of the fourth issue of Go Wild, Go Fish VI, a magazine produced by the Division of Fish and Wildlife (DFW) that highlights the division’s ongoing work and accomplishments.

The magazine provides insight into DFW’s federal partnerships, programs, and collaborations with other DPNR divisions and local organizations, all of which support its mission to preserve, protect, restore, promote, and responsibly manage the Virgin Islands’ fish and wildlife resources.

Some of the highlights in the latest edition include the creation of the VI’s first wildlife habitat corridor, the U.S. Caribbean’s first recreational fishing license platform, and the installation of vibrant murals highlighting invasive species awareness at the territory’s seaports.
