Our libraries, throughout the Virgin Islands, are available to you “virtually” 24/7 via the Web, as well as physically via our many facilities located on St. Croix, St. Thomas and St John. One of our missions is to expand library services, bringing information resources to the Virgin Islands libraries through greater uses of technology and electronic resources. Our goal is to make our public libraries the “place to go” in the community for our citizens.
