Boating Education

This online boater education course, provided by BOATERexam.com is required by anyone between the ages of 14 – 18 who wish to operate a Personal Water Craft (PWC) but is encouraged for everyone! Approved by National Association of Safe Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA), the course teaches students to become safer and smarter boaters.

The course is made up of 9 chapters, with end-of-chapter quizzes and a final 60-question exam. It is fully narrated and illustrated and features tons of dynamic content, including hundreds of interactive and narrated animations.

BOATERexam.com takes you out of the textbook and into the captain’s seat! That means you aren’t just reading, you’re listening, watching and engaging — which means you’ll learn more and have more fun.
Users have the convenience of logging in and out of the course so it can be completed at their own pace. Upon successful completion of the course, the user can print a certificate of completion and the card will arrive in the mail within 3 – 4 weeks.

This paddle course is the first of its kind sanctioned by National Association of Safe Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) to teach paddle safety to paddlers of all ages and experience levels. The course is fully narrated and illustrated, with optional end-of-chapter practice quizzes and a final 25-question exam to teach paddlers the basics of paddle safety, from types of paddle crafts to emergency preparedness. A grade of at least 80% is required to pass the final exam. Users have the convenience of logging in and out of the course so it can be completed at your own pace. Upon successful completion of the course, the user can print a certificate of completion.
