Commissioner Jean-Pierre L. Oriol of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources (DPNR) announces that the Florence Williams Public Library will host a free “Movie Day at the Library” on Saturday, June 13, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the library in Christiansted.
The featured film will be The Bad Guys, a fun, family-friendly adventure based on the popular children’s book series. The animated film follows a group of notorious animal outlaws who attempt to turn over a new leaf and become model citizens, though their path to doing good is anything but easy.
“Movie time is here at the Florence Williams Public Library!” said Director Amy DeSorbo. “Families and readers of all ages are invited to enjoy The Bad Guys. The book is available in both audio and digital formats through the U.S. Virgin Islands Digital Library on Hoopla Digital, so we encourage everyone to read or listen to the story before the screening and fully enjoy the adventure.”
