Commissioner Jean-Pierre L. Oriol of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources announces that the Elaine Ione Sprauve Public Library and Museum of Cultural Arts on St. John will be closed to the public until further notice.
The Commissioner apologizes for the inconvenience and thanks the community for their understanding.
