Commissioner Jean-Pierre Oriol of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources announces that Four Star Construction Co. has commenced renovation work on the Charles W. Turnbull Regional Library on St. Thomas. As such, the Turnbull Regional Library will be closed until repairs are completed in 2024.
