The owner may notify the Department of Planning and Natural Resources-Division of Permits stating:
- The permit application number
- Job address
- A request to remove the former contractor listed on the job, and the effective date (if applicable)
- The name of the new contractor with:
- A current USVI Contractor License number and expiration date.
- The property owner’s signature
